Protection of privacy

This portal of the data processor ComCard GmbH (Hammerbrücker Str. 3, 08223 Falkenstein) serves to provide your data for the production of the employee ID card in a protected environment. Furthermore, if necessary, data for the timely provision of your technical equipment will be requested. Your photo, which you upload to this portal, is provided solely for the purpose of producing your employee badge. Also Deloitte will not use this photo for any other purpose. ComCard will delete the data provided via the portal three months after receipt of order.

To use the portal, a single cookie is required on the PC from which the information is uploaded. It is used for user authentication and is valid for the duration of the browser session.

The provision of the portal by the order data processor ComCard is coordinated with the general works council and the data protection officer of Deloitte. ComCard's security measures have also been reviewed by the Deloitte Information Security Officer.
